Williams Catalyst Inc. was born behind prison walls, not in a boardroom. That's what makes us different. Every program, every workshop, every keynote is built on the foundation of lived experience. We know what it means to lose everything and rebuild from nothing.

We approach every room through a trauma-informed lens because we've lived the trauma. We don't teach theory. We teach transformation, the kind that sticks because it came from the fire.

We exist to prove that where you start does not determine where you finish, and that your deepest wound can become your greatest weapon for change.

The Man Behind
the Mission.

My mental health journey began 17 years ago while incarcerated. I confronted my trauma, found healing, and later worked within the prison's mental health system. That journey led me to earn a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling.

I turned my lived experience as a former gang member, two life sentences, and radical redemption into a movement. This is Williams Catalyst Inc.
